Easy online money

Everybody that comes online to learn to make money is looking for the "Easy Button". Please let me know if you find it so I can showcase it. In reality making money online is the worst paying easy job you can have or the best paying hard job.

To make money online from scratch does require some repetitive task that are not enjoyable, unless you are positioned to buy advertising or outsource some of the work. What amazes me is that people performing outsourced work don't capitalize on what they are being asked to do and use it to make money themselves.

Some myths that I see in online marketing:

1. You don't need a website to make money online - Granted lots of different programs have "referral urls" that provide you a source to promote their product, but if you don't have your own online property to call home you are spinning your wheels.
2. Follow the system and everything will take care of itself - Who designs the "System"? Usually the program owner. System are usually designed to separate you from more cash along the way. If the "system" was fool proof why would they share it other than to profit from you. Most system designers make the system their first product.
3. You can earn lifetime residual income - Many heavy hitter MLM people make the money they do because they work their ass off. They know that the system requires new blood and if they don't bring in enough new blood then their incomes reflect that. I have yet to meet anyone who has walked away to retirement from these types of schemes and maintained true residual income. The best way to insure your future income is to save today!
4. No money required - What is money. Money is a measure of ones time. People trade their time daily for money. If you work a job and get paid for you efforts then you are trading time for money. So if there is no money required what is required is a lot of time which is money. Have you ever heard the expression "Time is Money" ?
5. You need a big list to make money- Making money without a list is easy. It really depends on what niche you are targeting an the type of income you desire as to how important your list is. There is extreme value in having a list to market products online but it is not required. I have sites that make several hundred dollars a month that I do not even try to capture leads on. All of this is from search engine traffic.. Most people claiming you need a large list to make money online are targeting the "Make Money Niche" and are going to try to sell you on buying their list building products.
