Become a Litigious Consumer

Have you ever sat down for dinner with your family and the phone rings and on the other end is sombody wanting your opinion or attempting to sell you something? It happens to me a alot. So I have decided to be the one man crusade against telemarketers that break the law.

I have also had to deal with collection agencies in the past some times I owed the money and some times I did not. I do not encourage people to not pay just debts. However if collection agencies break the law in an attempt to collect a debt who is more culpable?
